Start-up Year: -
Long Run has a dominant land position of 600,000 net acres in the multi-zone Peace River Arch, in northwestern Alberta and northeastern British Columbia, in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. The primary targets are extensive Triassic age resource plays targeting oil and liquids-rich gas.
Development focus area is Girouxville/Normandville Montney oil. Long Run has drilled three new play areas (Josephine, Flood and Pica) in Q1, 2012 and is following up in these areas in 2012-2013. Long Run Exploration\'s primary growth driver within Peace River is the Montney oil fairway at Normandville/Girouxville. A typical horizontal 20-stage fracked Montney oil well in this fairway has a US$2 million on-stream capital cost. The results are 170 boepd 1-month average production, 107 boepd (70% oil) 12 month average rate, 152 mboe estimated ultimate recovery, 57% rate of return, 1.6 year payout and 3x recycle ratio.
Long Run\'s go two-year initial development plan includes 90 horizontal wells into the Montney. Long Run has constructed two 5,000 bpd oil facilities at Normandville/ Girouxville to accommodate the production growth.
