Excelaron LLC, Huasna was established in 2006 and is a joint venture of two public companies, Australian Oil Company (ASX) and United Hunter Oil & Gas Corporation (TSX). Excelaron LLC, owns and will operate the Huasna Oil Field exclusively. Former field operators are not involved or connected to the project. The Huasna Oil project is limited to twelve exploration/production wells. Development will take place in the hills above Mankins Ranch in Huasna Valley on two acres out of a total of a 260 acre parcel.
A daily maximum of six round-trip tanker truck trips will be allowed during production. The tanker trucks are smaller in capacity than originally proposed. Huasna project has the potential to be a viable resource. The reserves are estimated:
