The pipeline will be a 145-mile (233 km) 18 inch pipeline from the Lucius truss spar development in the southern Keathley Canyon in the Gulf of Mexico to an existing junction on South Marsh Island 205 that is part of the Enterprise-operated Poseidon pipeline. The pipeline is expected to be operational in mid 2014. The pipeline will be designed for ANSI 1,500 pressure rating is comprised of three sections.

The south section is a newly laid 71 mile (114 km) pipeline in a water depth of 7,025 to 5,300 ft with assemblies included for future tie-ins. The mid-section will use a portion of an existing 18 inch Phoenix pipeline approximately 48 miles (77 km) long and a water depth ranging from 5,3000 to 2,395 ft. The northern section will consist of 26 miles (42 km) of new construction pipeline in water depths ranging from 2,395 to 445 ft. There will also be a newly installed 4,000 ft, 6 inch fuel line running from a hot tap on the Garden Banks gas line to the South Marsh Island 205 platform.
