Thermal in-situ operation - Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage, located adjacent to Imperial Oil\'s thermal project. Project will expand current project from 500 barrel/day pilot into 20,000 barrel/day commercial development involving over 100 horizontal wells and adding steam generation, water handling and production facilities. Oil quality is 10.5º API. Phase 1 is expected to cost $225M and produce 10,000 bpd; completion mid-2007.Phase 2 is an additional 10,000 bpd; construction to begin in 2008. Project is expected to recover approximately 190 million barrels of bitumen over 25-year project life.
