The project consists of three Miocene discoveries, which include the Caesar, Tonga and Tonga West. Th area lies in water depths of between 4500-4700 ft. The estimated resource range is 200-400 million barrels. The fields will be tied back to Anadarko\'s Constitution spar in Green Canyon Block 680. The tieback distances are 14 miles. The initial phase of development consists of four wells with a combined average production of 40,000 bopd.
