Basra refinery is an upgrading project, located in Basra, Iraq. The project will see the upgrade of the refinery, installation of new crude units to replace some old facilities, as well as installation of diesel hydro- desulphurisation and isomerisation units. The refinery\'s design capacity will be increased 300,000 b/d.
