Kentz Corporation: A turnkey process package of a new wastewater facility located in the Qatargas LNG Plant with scope of work including the supply process Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Construction, and Commissioning (EPICC) services to deliver wastewater recycling and reduction facilities to four LNG trains (valued about US$125m).

Xodus Group: Contract to provide vibration engineering services at onshore and offshore facilities in partnership with Chiyoda Almana Engineering, as well as looking to develop a long‐term piping integrity management programme to assess, reduce or eliminate vibration in all of the Qatargas facilities, both onshore and offshore

Prosernat: Contract to test and put into operation a giant multi-functional 1.1 BCF Acid Gas Removal Unit in Ras Laffan Industrial City for Qatargas. This new AGRU is part of the major debottlenecking performed for Qatargas 1 LNG plant in Ras Laffan. This project is known as plateau maintenance project and involves the construction of an additional acid gas removal unit treating in a single train 1,100 MMSCFD of natural gas, an associated sulphur recovery unit and tail gas treatment unit within the minimum plot area allocated to the green field part of the project. The 1.1 BCF multi-functional AGRU was started-up at the end of 2014. Performance tests were completed beginning of 2015 and demonstrated that all the guarantees associated with the AGRU, the enrichment of acid gas section and the TGT Amine section at design & turndown capacities meet expectations without any operational issue.

Stats Group: 10-year Emergency Pipeline Repair System job worth in excess of US$10 million. The EPRS and pre-planned isolation contract. Stats group will design, manufacture and test pipeline isolation and intervention equipment for a range of pipeline sizes from 16” to 38”The equipment will be stored in Qatar in a state of readiness, for pre-planned and emergency situations, at the client’s offshore gas production facilities located in onshore LNG plant at Ras Laffan industrial city. The contract includes the supply of double block and bleed isolation tools including Remote Tecno Plugs from 16” to 38”, subsea monitoring and communication systems and 32” and 38” BISEP intervention tools and hot tapping equipment. The installation of the isolation and intervention tooling suites will provide positive isolation at the required location and a safe environment to carry out quick and effective repair on subsea and onshore pipelines in the event of a damage incident.
