Project Profile
Value: US$740 million
Location: 110 southwest of the Lavan Island, Persian Gulf, offshore Iran
Phase 1 production: 10,000 bpd (September, 2016)
Development phase capacity: 76,000 bpd
Start-up year: 2011
In 2011 production capacity at the Reshadat field was 10,000 bpd. In 2015, oil production from the Reshadat field in the Persian Gulf has risen by 4,500 bpd. This follows overhaul operations on four of the field’s wells and drilling of the CR-10 development well. The field development will raise this to 95,000 bpd. This will involve the drilling of 29 production/injection oil/gas wells. There will be 16 production wells, 12 water injection and 1 gas injection well. The contract to be awarded in three parts:
EPC 1: Five jackets, two of which will be built and installed by early 2008, the other two by early 2010.
EPC 2: Will cover the construction and installation of topsides for EPC 1 jackets.
EPC 3: Covers construction of subsea pipelines and cables.
A total of 28 wells have been drilled for water injection into the field for EOR operations.
Field Platforms
P4 – production platform
Q4 – quarters platform
W4 and W0 – wellhead platform
F4 – flare platform
Platforms P4, Q4, W4 and F4 are connected with R4 platform with a bridge.
The output of the oil field is expected to rise up to 75,000 bpd by 2016.
