TSB Field is located within Oil Prospecting License 276 (OPL 276) which is adjacent to the Abana Field in Oil Mining License 114 (OML 114) and due north of Addax Petroleum in Oil Mining License 123 (OML 123).
TSB Field was discovered by Shell Petroleum in 1980 and encountered 17 m net of gas and 25 m net of oil proven pay with another possible 34 m net of oil and 9 m net of gas pay in reservoirs which Shell interpreted as probable laminated reservoirs.
Field Development Plan
Phase 1: Drilling up to 2 wells and undertaking oil production tests followed by installation of a well head platform and an export pipeline to nearby oil processing facilities.
Phase 2: Drilling additional production wells and building a gas separation unit to separately export oil to an oil export terminal and gas to shore for sale.
