Barcelona LNG Terminal is located at Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. The Barcelona terminal first started operations in 1969 and is Spain\'s oldest LNG regas facility. The terminal has been expanded a number of times, most recently in April 2011 when a new 150,000m³ storage tank was added. In recent years, Enagás has proposed the decommissioning of several of the oldest storage tanks at the site. As of September 2013, all 8 tanks were operational, but both the first and second tanks were dismantled in October 2013. It currently has six tanks, with a total LNG storage capacity of 760,000 m3 and an emission capacity of 1,950,000 m3 (n)/h. The terminal has minimum docking capacity of 30,000 m3 LNG and maximum capacity of 3 266,000 m3 LNG.
