The Jock Scott Acerage is comprised of licences P2097 and P2275 located on the East Shetland Platform in the UK. Statoil has acquired new PGS broadband seismic data over the area and is continuing to mature the acreage to identify future drilling candidates. The seismic data has been reported to have highlighted slight variations in Upper Jurassic syn-rift wedges. A rig procurement process has been initiated with the aim of drilling an exploration well on Jock Scott in 2017.
