The Central Blocks - Licence 19, blocks 2312 A & B and Northern halves of 2412 A & B - are located within the Luderitz and Walvis Basins and cover an area of 16,801km². In May 2013, Ministry of Mines and Energy in Namibia granted a one year extension for the First Renewal Phase on the Central Area Blocks, (Licence 19, covering Blocks 2312 A & B and Northern halves of 2412 A & B), offshore Namibia. Chariot\'s wholly owned subsidiary, Enigma Oil & Gas, remains operator with a 65% equity interest in the blocks, AziNam hold 20% and NAMCOR (the Namibian State Oil Company) and a local partner, Ignitus Oil and Gas hold a 10% and 5% carried interest respectively.
