Srednebotuobinskoye is situated close to the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline. The southern and central sections of the deposit are licenced to Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha (TYNGD), a subsidiary of Rosneft.  Oil production at the field started in October 2013 and shortly reached a level of 20,000 bpd. In February 2017, Rosneft completed a 168-km pipeline connecting the field to the ESPO system. This will allow output to rise to 100,000 bpd by 2019. Output from Srednebotuobinskoye is pumped to ports in Russia\'s Far East, from where it is exported to markets in Asia.
