Total cost for the development of the complex came in at around US$6.9bn. Up to $3.4bn of funding and loan guarantees were provided by the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the Export-Import Bank of Korea, the Korea Insurance Corporation and the Italian Export Credit Agency (SACE).
The facility also produces 880,000 MTA of propylene, 250,000 MTA of butadiene, 350,000 MTA of benzene, 150,000 MTA of gas oil and 100,000 MTA of hexene -1
