Production is expected to start in the end of 2014 at the Enochdhu oil field in the Central North Sea in UK. ConocoPhillips UK and co-venturer Chevron North Sea are the two owners of the project which has been approved by the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC). Enochdhu is expected to produce at an initial peak rate of more than 10,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. It is the fourth field to be developed in the Greater Britannia Area. The others are Britannia, Brodgar and Callanish.
