Location: North Eastern Central Graben
Block 22/5c is in the north eastern Central Graben between the BG Armada and Everest gas condesate fields.
The Bass prospect is formed by the pinchout of the Paleocene Maureen sands across a diapiric high on the western side of the block.
Reservoir is proven in the adjacent gas fields and is absent in 22/5a-6.
