The project will see the development of an oil find in the Zapadno-Chumpasskoye field in in Khanty-Mansi, around 100 km from izhnevartovsk,Western Siberia. Heritage Oil Corporation holds the full interest in the Zapadno-Chumpasskoye licence. The licence is planned to run until 2024 and covers an area of around 200 square km.
