The Onyx Gas and Condensate discovery is in block 6406/9-1 of the Norwegian sector. Reserves for the field are put at 1.18 Tcf of gas and five mmboe of condensate. The field is in an HP/HT environment (10007psi/150°C). It will be developed with three to eight subsea wells, tied 48km to the Draugen platform for processing. The production will then be sent to Nyhamna.
