Lundin was awarded PL576 Norwegian Sea license in the 2010 Norwegian Licensing Round. The awarded licenses include two licenses in the Greater Luno Area, one license in the Greater Alvheim Area, five licenses in the North Sea and One license in the Norwegian Sea. Six of the awarded licenses will be operated by Lundin Petroleum.
A 40% share of PL 576 was awarded to Concedo in APA2010 (February 2011). Concedo holds the license together with the Operator Lundin (60%). The work programme includes drill or drop (DOD) within three years from award.
