The Dhamra LNG terminal will be located in the Dhamra Port, Odisha, India. The facility with the capacity to handle 5 mtpa of liquefied natural gas is expected to be commissioned by 2020-21. The Dhamra LNG terminal, first in Eastern India will be receiving the chilled fuel from Qatar and the United States. The project will cost at over Rs. 60 billion (US$930 million). In addition to linking Eastern India to the gas infrastructure of the country, the terminal will serve as the supply source for the Jagdishpur-Haldia and Bokaro-Dhamra Pipeline (JHBDPL) project. Dhamra LNG is a joint venture between Adani Group and the state-owned Indian Oil Corporation and Gail.

Operators:

Adani Group: 50% interest

Indian Oil Corporation: 39% interest

Gail: 11% interest
