India\'s Reliance Industries and Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE) signed PSCs for two offshore blocks. Blocks M17 and M18 span a total of 27,600 sq km (10,656 sq mi) in the Moattama basin, in water depths to 3,000 ft (914 m). RIL will enter into production-sharing contracts which allows for initial preparation and study periods before committing to an exploration phase.
