The project includes the laying of 14 segments of liquids and gas lift rigid subsea pipelines totalling 137.5 kilometres. Ten pipeline segments are required for the Heera field. Seven flexible water injection subsea pipelines totalling 23.25 kilometres will also be required for the Heera field. Topside modifications will be carried out on structures including the HRC process platform at the field and the WIN water injection platform.
Following bidders for the EPC contract include Punj Llyod with a bid price of US$190.2 million, Valentine Maritime with a bid price of US$191.7 million as well as a consortium consisting of Hyundai Heavy Industries, Great Offshore and Leighton Welspun and a bid from Swiber with a price of US$262.5 million
