The Block is located in Cambay Basin in Gujrat. It was earlier a part of a larger block known as CB/OS-2, owned by Cairn/ONGC/Tata. The Block contains discovered field “Parvati” as well as several other drilling prospects. Cairn\'s existing oil and gas pipeline passes through “Parvati” field - making it possible for Focus to target an early monetisation. Focus plans to drill 4-5 appraisal/production wells and hope to commence production within couple of years.
