The Noble Houston Colbert Jackup is managed by Noble Drilling, owned by Noble Drilling and became operational in 2014. Noble Houston Colbert is a self-elevating drilling unit built at Jurong Shipyard Singapore and ordered by Noble Drilling Pte Ltd. Heinen & Hopman Singapore supplied the HVAC for Noble Houston Colbert jackups ordered by Noble Drilling Pte Ltd (Noble Regina Allen, Noble Mick O\'Brien, Noble Sam Turner, Noble Tom Prosser, Noble Sam Hartley). It is of the F&G JU3000E series and equipped with high-quality HVAC systems for the living quarters, equipped with Carrier centrifugal chillers, Daikin air handling units and Hison ventilation fans.
