The COSLProspector Semisub is managed by China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL), owned by China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL). The COSLProspector is a DP3 vessel with length of 104.5 metres, width of 70.5 metres, height of 37.55 metres, and an operating depth of 1,500 metres, a drilling depth of 7,600 metres and a designed operating temperature of minus 20 degrees Celsius. A maximum variable deck load of 5,000 tonnes, the multi-function platform is also able to accommodate 130 personnel. COSLProspector is a deepwater semi-submersible drilling rig equipped with Dynamic Position System. It can operate in all sea areas except for the arctic.
